Founded in Brisbane by an experienced support worker, EDS is a small, values-driven business that puts people first. We genuinely value your experience with us and pride ourselves on clear communication, consistency, and dependable support. Our approach is built on strong relationships, active listening, and working collaboratively with you and your stakeholders to support your independence, confidence, and wellbeing.

With experience as a support worker and Team Leader/Manager at an established provider, Cassie took the next step to create her own Brisbane-based company. Her vision is to deliver personalised support that helps people live well and achieve their goals—whatever those goals may be.

Cassie believes that everyone has the right to a meaningful and rewarding life. She is committed to working alongside you to develop tailored support plans and connect you with services that align not only with your needs, but also with your values, interests, and aspirations.
