At Empowered Disability Support (EDS), all staff meet the requirements of a support worker under the NDIS Practice Standards. Every support worker holds the following:
- NDIS Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card)
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle
- Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module
- Completion of the NDIS Supported Communication Module

In a truly individual approach, we hand pick staff based on what you are looking for, build your support plan with you and involve any and all stakeholders, such as important family members, support coordinators, other support providers and therapists to ensure a truly flexible and individual service to each participant.
